Our local is the Waggon & Horses in Surbiton. With its cosy atmosphere and central location, we find it an ideal setting to sit and relax with a pint on a Thursday evening. A chance to discuss climbing adventures past, and mad schemes for the future.
We tend to pop in after climbing at Craggy Island on Thursday evenings. You are most welcome to meet us there to discuss our club, but please contact us us first so that we know to look out for you.
The Waggon & Horses is approximately ten minutes walk from Surbiton station.
Leave the station by the main entrance (left at the top of the stairs from the platforms).
Outside the station is a mini roundabout. Cross this and enter Claremont Road.
Walk down Claremont Road passing Waitrose and Surbiton clock tower on the left.
Claremont Road ends at a set of traffic lights. Turn right at the lights and follow Maple Road.
The Waggon and Horses is across and right at the next set of lights.
